shopping and ordering guidelines

• *Only fill up the order form once you are sure and decided of what item/s you want to purchase. CANCELING OF ORDERS IS NOT ALLOWED.

• *A special discount will be given if you order more than 5 pcs of headbands =D

• *INCOMPLETE ORDER FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. I will send you a message once I receive and finalize the amount due that you have to settle. If you do not receive a reply from me 3 days after you have submitted your order form contact me ASAP.

• *Buyer will shoulder shipping costs. You will be informed accordingly for your total amount due with us along with bank details for deposits or wire transfers.

• *Clients will be given 5 days to settle their balance after i confirm your order. Should you fail to settle your accounts after the 5-day grace period. i will be forced to post the customer information that you have submitted to us and consider you as a bogus buyer.

PAYMENT METHODS:

• *Once your payment is confirmed, you will be informed accordingly with the shipping and expected arrival date of the item including the tracking number of the courier. Take note that it may take us 2-3 days after confirmation of payment/reservation before we ship your item.

• *I will only ship items through AIR 21 and XEND (i will no longer ship my items via XEND after encountering a very bad experience with them.)

• *SPECIAL REQUESTS on orders are accepted but please contact me personally through my yahoo messenger or cell phone for us to confirm if we can process your request. Please note that item price may vary according to your customization request.

• *I DO MEET UPS but only in the following places:
